Keller Williams is the largest real estate company in the world and has a well established collection of brokerages and agents throughout Indiana. ASH was approached by a long time colleague who had become involved in the real estate industry. He was a part of the Keller Williams Indy Metro South and Scott Smith Group leadership teams, and they had identified that they needed marketing assistance.
The leaders at Keller Williams worked with ASH to identify that there was opportunity for growth on their social media outlets, through more consistent messaging and more engaging content. Their focus points included recruiting new agents to the brokerage, attracting new buyers and sellers, and raising general awareness around their community.

Keller Williams Indy Metro South and Scott Smith Realty Group wanted to incorporate weekly videos into their social media content to engage viewers and share industry tips. ASH filmed and produced multiple videos for their teams.
Ash also produced podcasts for Scott Smith Realty Group.

ASH assisted in designing various print and digital materials to attract new buyers and sellers and recognize agents.

Keller Williams and Scott Smith Realty Group’s goals were to grow their social media followers and engagement. ASH helped them to establish a consistent social media routine and increase involvement from users.
ASH then held several social media workshops to train agents on best practices in order to pass responsibility over to them.
