Child Care Answers: Rise Forward Communications Launch Strategy

ASH Interactive supported Child Care Answers in developing a communications launch strategy for its Rise Forward plan, a forward-looking initiative designed to strengthen child care professionals, programs, families, and community partnerships across central Indiana. The strategy included recommended messaging, audience-specific communications, launch sequencing, social media captions, partner toolkit content, website navigation guidance, flyer and rack card recommendations, donor communications, and support materials for funders.

The plan was built to balance public awareness with practical implementation, helping Child Care Answers communicate the importance of child care as essential community infrastructure while giving staff, partners, board members, and supporters clear tools to share the message. This work helped position Rise Forward as both a strategic organizational initiative and a community-wide call to action.
